MY APPROACH
To achieve a goal or make a change, you need a combination of clarity, motivation and action. Without all three, you will either not make progress in the right direction, or you’ll make no progress at all.
That’s why my method is based on validated psychological research and breaks down the elements of both motivation and action to ensure that you will achieve sustainable change.
My approach covers the following stages, with flexibility regarding the order in which we cover them depending on you and your situation. Our sessions will be focused, interactive and fun. I won’t tell you what to do but will help you work out what to do.
01 Values
In our sessions, we’ll identify your values, an excellent catalyst for motivation as they influence your thoughts, behaviours and actions. Identifying your values will help you stay motivated and on track, even through difficult times.
02 Capabilities
Next, you’ll grow to understand your key capabilities and will pinpoint potential areas to up-skill or where you require external support.
03 Limiting beliefs
During this crucial stage, you’ll explore how you can identify, investigate and navigate around your limiting beliefs and behaviours.
04 Relationships
Now you’ll start to better understand your relationship with yourself and learn to create authentic relationships with other people, handle any challenges, and effectively collaborate to achieve your goals.
05 Goal-setting
With a firm grasp of your values and clarity on what you care about, goal setting becomes much easier. You’ll set achievable goals, breaking down actions into smaller and more manageable milestones. Previously seemingly impossible dreams will start to look exciting and within reach.
